Immunization clinics will be held at Lakeview for students in grade 6 (and any grades 7’s that missed them last year) on the following dates:
- May 15, 2026
- June 17, 2026
Parent Letter – Immunizations and Online Consent
Letter consents from Fraser Health were sent home with students on Wednesday, April 29th. Families may fill out the hard copy form or submit consent/refusal online, as noted above.
